Refund Policy

At Makester, we want you to be completely satisfied with your candle purchase. If you're not feeling the spark, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return most candles within 180 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Candles must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.
  • All original labels, tags, and protective wrappings must be intact.
  • The candle and its packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Return a Candle

1. Initiate Your Return: Email support@makester.co.uk to start your return.

2. Package Your Return: Place the candle(s) in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected for shipping. Include the original packing slip or a printed copy of your return confirmation.

3. Ship Your Return: Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any post office and pay the return postage. We recommend using a padded envelope or box to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned candle(s).
  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you've waited 7 business days and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different candle scent or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired candle.
