I was really pleased with my recent order; I ordered a large amount of candles for Christmas presents. Orders over £40 were free; after the initial order, I realised I had forgotten one and emailed to request that, given the very large order I had recently placed, could they waive the delivery fee and I was told they could not, so I did not order the further item. This was disappointing customer service in my opinion and not rewarding loyalty.
The service was very good, the product was great, and just a bit different to make it really special, thank you.

Purchased 3 candles and they arrived a few days ago. Each came in a beautiful cylinder making them perfect for putting a bow on and placing under the Xmas tree. Each candle was immaculately made and the print on the labels was crystal clear. The price was fantastic, and the 3 for 2 offer made the value amazing. Couldn't be happier, would thoroughly recommend.

Great for a Christmas present. Burns really well; right down to the bottom. Love the designs you can get for example; Jack Russell lover to Piano is my therapy. Will buy again for a special occasion.
