Two drawings, one point: a plain outline horse labelled ‘other supervisors’, then a rainbow-maned unicorn with sparkles and hearts standing in for you. Give it to the supervisor who covers shifts, answers messages late and never makes anyone feel small: a thank-you from the team, a Boss’s Day present, or a goodbye when they finally move up.
