When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are sent the same day. You’ll see the available delivery options at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, so please allow extra time during busy periods.

How does the four for £50 offer work?

Add any four candles to your basket and the price will be reduced to £50 automatically. UK delivery is included.

Can I send it straight to the recipient?

Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. The candle arrives in its own presentation tube.

Can I change the wording on the label?

No. Our labels are printed exactly as shown on the product page.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Email support@makester.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement.
