For friends who’ve just signed for a fixer-upper and discovered what a survey doesn’t tell you: the label deadpans ‘I hope it falls apart slowly, for your sake’, with a tall clapboard house standing beside it in soft rounded type. A housewarming gift for first-time buyers, a moving-in present for a couple with a very long to-do list, or a knowing nod between neighbours who’ve been through it themselves.
